ELIGIBILITY
Open to Indian residents aged 18 years or above with a valid PAN and government photo ID. Employees, contractors and immediate family of Yousta are not eligible.
CAMPAIGN STRUCTURE
Yousta Spotlight runs every quarter. Each quarter has its own fresh pool of contestants — entries do not carry over to the next quarter.
HOW TO ENTER
Submit original content as per the theme/brief announced for the quarter, through the official campaign channel and hashtag. No entry fee is required.
WINNER SELECTION
The top 3 entries each quarter are shortlisted and selected at Yousta’s sole discretion, based on creativity, originality and engagement. This decision is final and binding.
PRIZE MONEY
Cash prizes are awarded to the top 3 winners of each quarter, as announced for that quarter.
MODE OF PAYMENT
Prize money will be issued only via cheque or demand draft (DD). No cash, UPI, bank transfer or wallet payment will be made.
NON-TRANSFERABLE
The prize is personal to the winner and cannot be transferred, assigned or encashed by any other party. The cheque/DD will be issued only in the winner’s verified name.
DOCUMENTATION
Winners must share their government ID and PAN details within 48 hours of being notified, in order to receive the prize.
TAX DEDUCTION
The prize amount is subject to TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per applicable law and will be paid net of tax. PAN is mandatory for this purpose.
FORFEITURE
If a winner does not share their PAN and ID within 48 hours, the prize will be withdrawn and forfeited, and Yousta may award it to an alternate contestant.
CONTENT USAGE
By submitting an entry, participants grant Yousta the right to use, reproduce and share their content for marketing and promotional purposes, without further compensation.
DISQUALIFICATION
Yousta may disqualify any entry or participant found to be plagiarised, fraudulent, offensive, or in breach of these Terms.
CAMPAIGN CHANGES
Yousta reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the campaign, or amend these Terms, at any time without prior notice.
CONTEST DURATION
This edition of Yousta Spotlight runs from October to December 2026, with winners to be declared towards the end of December 2026.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at [insert city/jurisdiction] having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
